-Once we have received your return and confirm it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed.

-Please be aware that the fund will be issued back to the original payment method and may take several days to appear on your statement.

-We do not refund personalised products or digital items 

 

RETURNS- IN A NUTSHELL

We work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, If you are unhappy with your purchase please  :

-     Please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery if you want to return an item.

-          You must dispatch items back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

-          Custom or personalised orders

-          Digital products

Please note

-          Buyers are responsible for return postage costs – Tracked postage is advised.

-          Items must be returned in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges and Cancellations

-          Generally, we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact us if you have any issues, and we will see what we can do.

 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY IN FULL (For those who like the details)

At Home Sweet Soul we work really hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Most of our items are made by handmade and lovingly packaged and dispatched by us in the studio. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please see the returns process below :

                   -          We have a 14-day return policy, which means as soon as your item                                 has been delivered to you, we must receive the return within 14 days.                             Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if                             the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so                               that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

-          Generally, we do not accept cancellations, however but please contact us immediately if you have an issue. Once the order has entered production or shipping process it cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept returns or cancellations on personalised items unless faulty. We cannot accept returns or cancellations on digital products

 

-           You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To start a return, you can contact us to request a return. Once your request is accepted, you will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

 

-          Returns will need to be sent to the following address:  5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG

 

 

 Please note the following:

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
  • Items must be [unused/unworn]
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
  • We cannot accept returns on digital products or bespoke/ personalised unless they arrive faulty
  • Returned items must be packed securely and include the necessary return's documentation
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Tracked or insured return postage is advised as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned package

 

Refunds

-          Once we have received your return and confirm it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed.

-          Please be aware that the fund will be issued back to the original payment method. It may take your bank or card company several days to process the payment and then appear on your statement.

-          Refunds will normally appear as from ‘Home Sweet Soul’ or ‘Home Sweet Soul Ltd’ on your statement.

-          If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us or email us at homesweetsoul.online@gmail.com.
